Impressions
A photographic project inspired by the work of the impressionists, in particular J.M. Turner. I aim to reveal the mood and feel of a scene using techniques such as long exposures and intentional camera movement. The resulting images emphasise colour, shape and form whilst abstracting detail. My intention is to invoke an emotional response whilst engaging the viewer's imagination.
